Everything was excellent, met needs well, and the staff were extremely friendly and excellent people from room cleaner to senior management. The view from our superior room was scenic! It was perfectly located in a downtown area. Moreover, it was 3 km from a small Mother India temple. Appreciated smooth check-in and very good check-out.

the location of Taj Ganges Varanasi is particularly good, right next to Varanasi. the majestic gardens at the hotel are beautiful and quite large. 3. I felt safe during my stay. 4. the food at the lobby restaurant was good.

The location was excellent, situated just off the ghats on the Ganges in the peaceful outskirts of Varanasi with a stunning view. the staff was very friendly, and the hotel offered free parking. the daily breakfast spread was generous, featuring a variety of Indian dishes, Western cuisine, and even Australian wine.

The location was favourable, at a short distance from Ramnagar Fort. Really enjoyed extremely friendly and wonderfully friendly staff from the moment we arrived.

Had a delightful two-night stay at Taj Ganges Varanasi. The great and stunning location in the beautiful gardens was a plus.- It was fortunate that the hotel was only a 10-15 minutes' walk away from Burgerking family restaurant, which offered food to go.

The location in Varanasi is favorable, very close to a train station, and just a few minutes' walk to a market and stores, away from the busy streets.
