The staff are dynamic people with their management. It is perfectly located 2 miles away from Ghats. You could walk to a market and stores.

Particularly good location adjacent to Varanasi for a short 3 day vacation in Dec 2019, beautiful majestic gardens and a quite large garden area, I felt safe. I was here for 2 nights and ate at lobby restaurant with good food.

The room has both a shower cabin and a bathtub, making it very convenient, and the check-in and check-out processes were both very smooth, the pool area is also a great addition to this place here.

The location was particularly good and stunning, just off ghats on Ganges, the outskirts of Varanasi and the farm behind the property, in a peaceful area. The staff were extremely friendly, and the free parking was available. The daily breakfast was plentiful with mostly Indian dishes, Western food and Australian wine.

Had a delightful two-night stay at Taj Ganges Varanasi. The great and stunning location in the beautiful gardens was a plus.- It was fortunate that the hotel was only a 10-15 minutes' walk away from Burgerking family restaurant, which offered food to go.

Convenient location close to the Railway Station with friendly staff from cleaners to managers. Just a short 10-minute walk to Ramnagar Fort 🏰.

The hotel is fabulous and absolutely incredible with extremely friendly staff. The room is comfortable with all necessary amenities, including a shower cabin and bath tub. The location in Varanasi is favorable, very close to a train station, and just a few minutes' walk to a market and stores, away from the busy streets.

The service was top-notch and made my experience extra special. The breakfast had a wide selection to suit all tastes, including Australian wine. I enjoyed the variety of South Indian dishes offered. The hotel's location was both favorable and beautiful, only a 10-15 minute walk from Jhv Mall and conveniently close to a train station in the central area.

The location for Varanasi was marvellous and beautiful, short walk to Biswanath temple, Varanasi on the day Prime Minister Modi opens a new road, and staff of satvik food restaurant. Again, it was at a short distance from Jhv Mall.

Everything was excellent, met needs well, and the staff were extremely friendly and excellent people from room cleaner to senior management. The view from our superior room was scenic! It was perfectly located in a downtown area. Moreover, it was 3 km from a small Mother India temple. Appreciated smooth check-in and very good check-out.

Exceptional service, friendly staff, impeccable rooms, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, amazing chef. Courteous and helpful staff, superclean and well-appointed room, wonderful breakfast buffet, attentive and well-trained table staff, delightful way to start the day. Awesome and healthy breakfast with wide variety, exceptional location, preferred it to be nearer the highway. Excellent staff from the driver to reception and F&B, made us feel very welcome, excellent and comfortable rooms.
